Is this what it takes for people to take notice and get into good physical shape? I've been getting ready for my old age all of my life! I'm ready for anything that comes along.
For the rest of you: Don't forget to get those cataracts removed, knees replaced, hearing aids, eye glasses, Gallbladder removed, new heart valve, by pass surgery and frontal lobotomy.
