The Villages is a great place to be in the Winter - we enjoy it very much. But as soon as Spring arrives, it can't compare to the more northern parts of the USA. Yes, we have high temperatues and humidity on occasion (just like The Villages in the Summer). However, the dramatic change in the season rewards us with an abundance of flowers, new growth, and a lush environment that The Villages and Florida lacks. The golf courses are spectacular (far better than at any time in The Villages) and we get the occasional breaks between the heat waves. It is great to live in a country where you can travel to experience the best conditions at any time of the year.
