In desperation, I thought maybe the Salt Room would help. After one session, my cough has greatly improved, and I'm a convert! Salt acts as an anti-inflammatory which loosens congestion and enables a person to breathe easier. It was also very relaxing and enjoyable. I will be going back for a few more treatments to see if my cough totally goes away! Their phone is 352 750-9909. If any of you reading this try the Salt Room, please tell them Mrs. Stegemeier referred you.

You didn't explain what the treatment consists of:
1) Do you sit in a salt water solution?
2) Do you eat potato chips and other salty snacks?
3) Do they sprinkle salt over your head like fairy dust?
It's really strange that you should say that salt acts as an anti-inflammatory because if you consume a lot of salt it can cause chronic inflammation. Google-search the following: "Does eating salt cause inflammation?"
