In the winter time when one has painful joints, the infra red treatment seemed good.........obviously, the ones in the office of a physical therapist are much larger............but I'll bet a lot of those handheld devices were sold.........just like mine. The funny thing is now they are not advertising it for arthritic pain or to help blood circulation, but for "wrinkles" and facials. Same Nuvee. I agree, they make a lot of money on people , especially those in pain. An old fashioned heating pad would be just as good.
