where are they - waiting for the business owners to evaluate and predict the impact of laws like obamacare and the possibility of the repatriation of their money and jobs OR not!
heard on the news last nite that consumer spending stayed flat in the most recent analysis - but that saving was up. do ya think consumers are adopting the same business practices of saving instead of spending; and maybe because of a fear of the future?
