This does not look like Affirmative Action. One of the African-Americans at the U of MN in the Class of 1990 was actually a white guy who lied on his law school application to the U of MN. Not much happened to him that I remember. It was kind of a subject of some laughter except for from the other African-American students.

Tal: six of one half dozen of....its favoritism. Tell me the difference between this and neoptism, which by the way I dispise? These government schemes to produce some imaginary fairness is plain nonsens and ends up doing more harm than good. "disparate impact" has not been proven, its a government invention so that government can control what when who and why.
I am growing weary of Obama's et al tactics and i am growing weary of his lies misinformation, etc.
We need a leader who will focus on the needs of "we the people" and not his chosen few. His actions are clearly racist and I am serious when I say he wants to punish the "man". However he keeps forgetting that since he became president he is "the man"
