I was off 466 in our home when that lightning and thunder happened today!!!!. It reflected on
wood inside of our house and the crack was enormous. I was sure something close by got struck. I didn't hear sirens after it. It really came out of the blue and it was as you say, the loudest I have heard in awhile with enormous light.
