Since we were leaving our ocean front condo we wanted to be sure that TV was our next and final home so we rented for two months in the Summer for two Summers. After the first week we knew it was for us but we had to be really, really sure. We've been here for 4 years and have never looked back. The friendships we've made mean a great deal to us and as for the cherry on top, my sister moved down and lives close by. We get to be girls again but without the angst.
Renting is the way to go.
