Okay, a monorail system might be somewhat of a stretch. But think off the traffic it would cut down, less gas and the lives it could possibly save. (How much is the loss of a human life worth?) People's biggest concern is the traffic when the build out is complete. Imagine 110,000 senior citizens riding around in golf carts with congested traffic. It will be like the Long Island Expressway in slow motion. Having a monorail system would cut back the traffic big time. Like I said, it is a stretch but considering what The Villages has become, nothing is impossible or unpractical.
