One thing we must consider is that now a large percentage of the TV home owners are snowbirds. In ten years or so most of these snowbirds will become frogs. We will also be older and our reflexes won't be as good. In a perfect world we can say "Beam me up, Scotty" but this is not a perfect world and something will have to be done about the traffic and how to minimize it and keep the road safe.
