We toured the property and saw a few new homes. My question is...We would like a newer home but not necessarily new construction. Is there a cost savings by buying a home that is two or three years old? Are there many newer homes for resale?

Jane-Ellen, Welcome to TOTV. As other posters have said, you will need a TV sales agent and an MLS sales agent if you want to see all the resale listings. There are also FSBO homes in TV, but I cannot remember if there is a web site for just FSBO homes for sale in The Villages. I go on The Villages web site almost every day to look at the preowned homes for sale. I have seen quite a few homes less than 3 years old for sale. Good luck with your home search and keep us posted!
