I would want to know the owners name. In the past we've had a couple of facilities that weren't up to par and had lots of complaints. Hopefully these are different owners and will do a good job of protecting our pets. Bedtime tails is very close to TV and has a great reputation among Villagers and they advertise on this site as well.
