Default Name that tune

Name that tune

1) I was all right for awhile
I could smile for awhile
But I saw you last night
You held my hand so tight
As you stopped to say, "Hello"

2) Princess on the steeple and all the pretty people
They're drinkin', thinkin' that they got it made

3) Well, the Bell hop's tears keep flowin',
and the desk clerk's dressed in black.
Well they been so long on lonely street
They ain't ever gonna look back.

4) Honey, you lied when you said you loved me
And I had no cause to doubt you.
But I'd rather go on hearing your lies
Than go on living without you.

5) This time I'm gonna take it myself
and put it right in her hand.
And if it comes back the very next day
then I'll understand the writing on it

6) Second verse, same as the first

7) I don't wanna sound complaining
But you know there's always rain in my heart

8) Although I laugh and I act like a clown
Beneath this mask I am wearing a frown

9) But of all these friends and lovers
There is no one compares with you

10) Woke up, fell out of bed
Dragged a comb across my head

11) Her name was Magil and she called herself Lil
But everyone knew her as Nancy

12) When I get to the bottom I go back to the top of the slide
Where I stop and I turn and I go for a ride
Till I get to the bottom and I see you again

13) I was born in a crossfire hurricane
And I howled at my ma in the driving rain
