Patio Villa neighborhoods have more PART TIME residents. Some are rentals, some are seasonal owners. Several on our street come for 6-7 months and return mostly NORTH. Some are rentals that are almost all rented for the winter months, and some are rented more often. I would say that for the most part in our neighborhood are the seasonal owners. As I said Yes & No because the answer lies somewhere inbetween.
