I think the whole idea of not having discussions within the Ask the Expert forums isn't really working out to meet the users needs or desires.

Also many people make the error in responding, so it is not clear enough that you can't participate.

Maybe time to rethink those rules, the expert can perhaps have the option to delete a post but why can't other users comment.

Sometimes it's days before an answer is found.

Any thoughts on that?
