Ok sounds good to us. well 3 weeks into it, he arrives to our house 4 hours late, then informs me, they are only there to do the frame work, he has to order the windows, when i questioned him about what he had ordered 3 weeks ago & the fact that he said he would have the lanai done in 1 day, he had no response, he just looked down at the floor & said nothing, he didnt defend this words or even try to explain why he had lied! I was so angry i could of spit bullets at him. Here he had held us up 3 weeks & now he is telling us another week, well there isnt to much you can do at this point but let him finish the darn job. Well as it turned out, the windows did not come in 1 week, 2 weeks later they came and put in the windows, only to come back 3 days later to finish, because they didnt have all the materials on there truck at the time. The best part is, he wanted the rest of his money that day, I informed his worker to go back and tell Chip (the owner) as soon as the inspector came & all was clear, then i would pay him, because i did not trust him to come back & repair anything that was wrong because he was & is a liar. The very next day, the owner (Chip) came over looking for me to give him the rest of his money, I told him the same thing, when it passes inspection I will gladly pay him, but because of his lying, i did not trust him & i would never recommend his company to anyone ever! Good thing, inspector came & all is ok. Foot note, his female rep, doesnt give you good information to make a choice, we found out, that for about $400.00 more, we could of had glass windows instead of acrylic. DO NOT USE PRECISION ALUMINUM

It's always a good idea to get three estimates for any construction or landscaping job.
