3pm was selected by the original planning group of TOTV'ers, because noontime is very, very busy at Crispers and since we are sometimes a very large group and want to set up our seats for better conversation, we chose that time to allow us to "almost" have the place to ourselves. Also, we give the cooks and servers and break during the less-busy time.

Unfortunately, I don't think eating is an "option" because we are taking up there space and they are there to make money, so we should at least have a drink or dessert..... I think that's only fair.
