I like the some upper back support when driving and if I adjust the seat to achieve that the headrest is against the back of my head pushing it forward. The only thing I can do is tilt the seat back back and along with no upper back / shoulder support I look like I am trying to drive sitting in the back seat. It also makes viewing the road more difficult in the Camry. I asked the dealer about it and was told it was a federal design spec. Makes me wonder if someone from the hood wrote that spec.

In some cars you can pull out the head rest and turn them around facing backward. The kind I'm talking about has the headrest on posts. That would give some support in case of crash but keep them out of the way for other usage.
