I doubt that someone would just pick up and leave because they experienced one incompetent physician. She must have tried at least a few and couldn't find one suitable for her (perhaps complicated) medical condition. Those who don't have medical issues or simple medical issues will likely be satisfied with almost any doctor.

It's difficult to make a judgement without knowing her health status.
