Fellow customers that sat close to the door would say " welcome to comcast" as people entered and directed them to the back where they would sign in.
One nice young lady would call out who was on deck and who was up after them. Everyone was friendly and orderly and no one was complaining to the lone worker that after we waited an hour did finally get a helper. All in all we waited about an hour and a half, but it was worth it to see that people can still act like "nicely" under adverse conditions.

I couldn't agree with you more Jeff!! The same thing happened to us last year at Comcast. No need to be snarky because it does not help the situation one bit! Just be nice and be happy!
