LOL Well I got an A!! 10-15 %% was when Aaron Burr was elected VP. Upstate NY was the West and oxen were a necessity. Unless Professor Hurtline was a liar, he said it. Are you a Pol. Science major or a google man? Don't think Google covers the election of Burr. However, I should Google as memory isn't as good as it use to be...
But you are right, I did like to party in college and still do! Had some fun in that class. Found my future wife, more important than any election statistic!

The number of voters is still much larger today and I'll go with pop. growth. Plus women and blacks can vote now. Guess numbers of voters means more than % of voters.
