You would probably do better by joining the fitness club in Spanish Springs. Exercise ther two hours a day - five days a week and you will definitely loose weight. That is if you don't go eat breakfast at TooJays or lunch at Sonny's BBQ afterwards! I dropped 68 lbs. at a fitness center that way. It works, gimmicks rarely do.
