Right on the button. All these other programs offer is hope and an opportunity for you to provide them revenue.

The results are yours to be had for free. Watch and control what you eat. Exactly what the other programs promote....some even want you to eat what they have to sell....which is a waste of money.

And maybe most importantly get out and get active. If anybody thinks they will have a successful weight loss without DAILY exercise you are sadly mistaken or just wishful thinking.

It does require will power and a change in lifestyle to lose weight and more importantly keep it off. Why call it a lifestyle change? Because you cannot just do whatever to lose the weight and then go back to the old way of life.
That is when you become what is referred to as a yo-yo....up then down then up then down!!!!

If one is determined to lose weight, then do it the easy way....on your own and save your money.

When one experiences how much better they feel and look and how their clothes fit it amazes me how many go right back to being over weight after a weight loss attempt. The only thing that comes to mind is LAZY!! In my humble opinion (speaking about the hale hearty and healthy and not those who have an illness or affliction of any kind).
