I will be cooking at home again this year. My menu includes the traditional antipasta, regular macaroni this year, meat from the gravy, turkey, mashed potatoes, marinated tomatoes, turnips and itialian pastries, pumkin pie and chocolate mousse. I have fruit, fennel and nuts to round out the meal.
I am retiring on the 21st and will arrive in Florida for the winter on the 23rd.
