then turn off the brain to go back to sleep?
I don't think it is age related (although in some cases it may be) because I have been doing it for years.....MANY YEARS!
I typically always get a good night's sleep i.e. 6-8 hours....but every once in a while.....

......wide awake!!! If I can't get back to sleep in 15 minutes or less, I am up for the day.
What tricks do you use to try to get back to sleep?
