I've been reading the thread that (mostly) discusses neighborly behavior. I ran across this link which I found mostly amusing but also connected to that thread because it shows that, 1. Communication between neighbors can be a problem anywhere and 2. That inconsiderate, etc. people can be from any demographic and environment. Some of it is 'X-rated'
