The main thing that needs to be done after washing a vehicle is to clean the paint prior to waxing, washing does not do this. a good paint cleaning lotion. Then a really good coat of Pinnacle Souveran Wax. Makes a big difference. Had a couple at the Publix Parking lot ask me what I put on the car beacuse it looks like it is wet?? It is just the wax and how the paint is cleaned. The wax cost 95.00,, the paint cleaning lotion was 24.99. Now mind you these products last a very long time. One can of the wax has lasted me 3 years . It goes on like butter on bread. It only takes alittle to do the whole car. I wax our car like every 3 months. Clean the paint evey 6 months. I never go thru the drive car washes like at the gas stations. Never wash and wax the car in the sun or where alot of dust is blowing around. Here is a link to the auto geek.
Also never have used a machine to clean the vehicle, unless it was really old and oxidized. Then a hand held polisher might be called for..
Pinnacle Natural Brilliance, pinnacle car care products, souveran, signature series, carnauba, paintwork cleansing lotion, car wax, paint protection

GMONEY,
Are you still detailing cars? Please give me an example of a complete detail for a standard car - cost and services performed. Are you mobile or do you have a shop? Thanks, in advance, for your info. Jimmie
