As a general statement journalist have substituted documented reporting for either gaining recognition or advancing their bias. Most lack subjectivity and many are poor at investigative reporting. They are more intrested in attention getting soundbites and explains why so many focus on many more hours reporting on Kate Middelton's pregnancy problems then the mishandling of Benghazi that left four americans dead. A true journalist would have written four americans died and someone lied." Additionally they kow tow up to people of influence and power when they should be challenging them. (shades of Edward Rr. Murrow) Who would have ever believed that a journalist could become a groupie. My opinion of most journalist falls about equi-distance to that of politicians.

As my hero Popeye says Ï can't stands no more".
Much of the major news stations news-- CBS, NBC, ABC, and Fox-- do seem more like entertainment than actual news. Maybe, the Internet is more to blame than anything else? My first stop for news is usually Google and other search engines rather than news programs. I also like to see how foreign news providers cover various stories.
