I went to the office in person not all that long ago..just a handful of weeks in fact. The woman at the desk was not helpful. ALL she said was you will have to wait until an article comes out in the Sun...so watch for it which I've done. There has been nothing in that article. My provider is stated by one name...I saw a nurse practioner (always) so her name wasn't on the insurance card that I have. Guess I'm out in the cold then.
