I was mightily surprised about that. You can buy a new home at the price they offer it. Amen. End of story.
My wife calls the developer "Pottersville" after Mr. Potter and Pottersville from "It's a Wonderful Life" however I believe in TV you get much more value and it's a much nicer place to live.
