The maintenance Non - Ad Valorem maintains the great landscaping that we have in the common areas of The Villages. The crews that you see mowing, trimming and weeding up and down Morse Blvd, Buena Vista and other roads in The Villages are paid out of this fund and it is overseen by the VCDD.
The real estate Ad Valorem Taxes cover the normal county government areas such as Roads, Library, Stop Lights, County Public Schools etc.
