Colin Kapernick was very, very impressive last night. I was thinking that he may become one of the elite quarterbacks in the near future. But, I think that a player has to perform over a little longer time in order to be included in that list. The one problem that I have with Kapernick is that QBs that play that style and run a lot often get injured and have shortened careers. Look at what happened to RG3.

Yes, four of the five are now out of the playoffs this year, but I still stand by my list. These five have consistently been in the playoffs every year for several years. These five have done it over many years. Like I say, there are these five and then there are all the rest.
