My husband and attended our first meeting with this club today and we were a little disappointed. This club I thought was directed to people that never used macs and would discuss the workings of the computer. We had a PC and our son bought us a Mac mini for Christmas. And we are fairly clueless on how to use it. In the rec news it said it was a meeting on basics especially those who are shifting from a PC. Did we go to the wrong meeting? Started off to a good start explaining the address book but then the discussions went to the I pad and I phone and using a system for pictures. We left thinking we waisted $10.00. Is there some place that we could go to get some hands on classes. Thanks:
