I'm from Boston and have driven in the downtown area. I've also driven in Manhattan and every state on the east coast and a few others.

I will tell you that without a doubt all of the drivers in the country a way. way ahead of the drivers in Manila, Philippines. It is simply impossible to explain it. You just cannot believe what you are witnessing.

I haven't driven in China, but took a bus in Beijing and it's pretty close to Manila.

Believe me, Americans in every state know how to drive.
