Nothing wrong with how Morse is with their lanes for golf carts and cars. Carts just have to stay in the cart lane. If they are going to turn left on San Marino, signal with both turn signal and arm, look to see if the lane is clear and move to the left turn lane. Do not turn left from the cart lane!
The cart drivers also have to remember if they are not street legal, the speed limit is 20. If they are street legal, speed limit is 25 and they should not be in the cart lane.
Pay attention to what is going on and try to anticipate actions by other drivers and you will be just fine. Remember that a large percentage of the drivers of both cars and carts are from New York! Be careful!
