My point is that the technology exists to get information out earlier so those with the early tee times who might be driving several miles don't have to make the trek. The golf starters should be available earlier than 6:45 when calls can be made.

Times that Starters arrive at the Executive courses vary by times of the year.At this time they arrive at 6:50,but don't get frost informanation till course surperintendent gives it them
