In our case, having a supplemental is not an option due to medical history. Until perhaps 2014 God Willing and the projected care being made available to everybody stays with us. If the programmed care of 2014 is repealed, we may as well hang it up. Under current insurance way of picking and choosing clients based on their medical status or past, we are not welcome. Starting 1 October, we will fall into the 20% of bill going to us and that will only be covered after meeting the $3000.00 cap that if some get their way, will go up even higher. You should be grateful that you can buy supplemental.
