Up north and at 3am woke to running water somewhere. Yep the hot water heater went and basement in flooded... called the guy.... came at 5am fixed the problem.. and used his shop vac to help get rid of most of the water... and charged me $115
now i get to call for a dumpster and clean out the stuff that i will no longer have to think about bringing to TV or not...
