Pat and Denise Frayne here...moving on Tuesday (!) from Cape Coral, Florida up to The Villages in Gilchrist!! Have had our eye on TV for a few years now, so we are very excited to meet our new neighbors and get settled in our new home!! We are both former FedExers, and originally from the Philly area...Havertown and Southwest Philly. Pat is an avid tennis, softball, almost any-ball player and dying to get on the pickleball courts, so he will be looking for playmates. Stop by and see us Tuesday...1454 Brinkley Lane!!
