Default Cost of home upgrades
I will be buying a lot soon and need some help. Can you give estimates/average cost for some of the common upgrades such as .. golf car garage, stretches, crown molding, granite, wood/tile flooring, bird cages, pool, etc. etc. etc. I realize this varies by home but I am just looking for ballpark figures so we can start planning our home.
