If you'd like to see their real service, go to either office, on 441 or down in Leesburg, and listen to the unhappy folks in the long lines there, most trying to turn in equipment as they drop this service. Comcast has a well earned, horrible reputation.

Who is your internet provider?

I too had to wait in a long line at the Comcast 441 office when I returned my equipment. Three windows and only one open meant almost an hour long wait.
