Thanks! I guess it may be a regional thing, but in NYC I am used to tipping for everything! Thus afternoon I asked the moving company and they said "it is not required but they do appreciate it. Some people buy them lunch some give them $20 a person on each end." The suggestion about having plenty of cold drinks on hand is appreciated--I need to get to the market this weekend!
