You hear so much about "bad" customer relations I thought I would provide one that was outstanding. I had one of the first rather large Kindle's and a button on it broke inhalf and althrough I could use it I had to be careful. I called Amazon and explained my problem and that my Kindle was at least 3+ years old so it was way out of warranty but can they repair it.
Net results: Within 3 days they delivered a "Brand New" Kindle to the house and all at NO COST..In addition I was told to keep any things that came with the original and the only responsibility I had was to return my broken one in the box they would send me. Needless I will be a long customer of Amazon. That is true Customer Service and Customer care.
