Actually, I just found the ad. I was wrong. It does not say buy any sushi item and get another at 1/2 price. It doesn't have any specifics at all. The reason my wife called was to get the specifics and she was told that if we ordered any sushi item we could get another at half price. She even asked specifically, "if we buy a sushi boat we can get another at half price". The answer was yes.
So maybe it's not an issue of false advertising. It's an issue of being given wrong information by whoever answered the phone.
