Would those would be the same "experts," who make a killing off of pushing a "Doomsday" philosophy on talk radio and touting gold as......"the answer?"
Here's the way I see it.
There will be an unprecedented number of people retiring.....in the next 10 years or so.
A large % of them are from places that have long winters.
Southern states in general, Florida particularly and The Villages specifically.....look very enticing to them.
While there will most likely be small corrections in the housing (and stock markets), I foresee a definite rise in both......over the coming years.
