I ordered the paperback from Amazon and am passing it around among my friends who either currently reside in or are considering moving to 55 and over communities. Like I said it was very informative although scholarly and dry. It will not be a best seller since it is far from an entertaining read. Nevertheless it contains significant information and historical backgrounds on several developments I had found nowhere else.
The paperback is only the cost of a decent bottle of wine. IMO if a person thinks knowledge is expensive try ignorance.
