If this is a Weber grill It has a safety feature built into it Remove the connection to the tank Open up all the burners and then close them Reconnect The tank Open up the valve on the tank Turn your burner to the on position Click the igniter that you know works The grill should like full flame. You cannot install a new tank with those valves open and you have to clear the airways If you have any questions about this give weber Grill they call they can explain it to you This is only for Weber grills. My brother-in-law works in a hardware store they have this problem all the time
