I would just like to mention that not all lots will accomidate a golf cart garage. The lot has to be wider than 60" if the house does not already have one included in the plans, i.e. Iris and Begonia. If the garage is 10 feet wide it will add at least 12 more feet to your width. A pie shaped lot might accomidate this but many would not.
