To our guests that wish we were more Irish, we are currently writing a menu that contains more traditional fare. If you have suggestions, please feel free to post here or give us a call. We are the restaurant, we can change things to better us in your eyes. In the advantage of that, we are not a corporate chain, just a few people striving to make our guests happy. Give us a chance, if you have any advice we will listen, just as you so nicely have here today. Thank you.
We love the restaurant and employees, including you Mike. We agree that if people have special requests or any concerns, they should talk to management first. I truly believe it is inappropriate to complain about a restaurant because something may not be "to one's personal tastes" and especially if they have not tried to address their greivances with the restaurant itself. We need more restaurants, especially down where O'Sheas is, so we don't want to see restaurants be criticised and lose business without giving them an opportunity to address the issues. And if it is just an issue of taste, feel free to find a place that is more to your liking. But we know for a fact that many, many people love O'Sheas and want to see it suceed. Give it a chance as it just opened not too long ago.
