Since this seems to be the same type of wall that is used all over the Villages, I would be surprised if they have hundreds of sections like these in storage somewhere in the event that a section has to be replaced.

Again, I'm not sure how this is relevant. I think that pour purpose should be to either have the wall removed or be given a reasonable reason for it's existence. Our purpose should not be to demonize the developer or anyone else.
